Do your cars have GPS?
All our vehicles are tracked by a GPS system. Removal and/or tampering in any way with any vehicles GPS shall result in a minimum fine of $1,000 plus damages.
Are there any additional or hidden Fees?
No but, opting for specific upgrades or features may result in extra charges.
Can I take the rental car to another state?
You must stay in the state of California unless you get written prior authorization from Seaside Luxe Exotics.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Upon making a reservation, a non-refundable booking deposit is mandatory for all reservations. Regardless of the reason, cancellations will not qualify for a refund of the booking deposit. We strictly enforce this policy. Feel free to contact us with any questions, day or night.
Is there a charge for additional drivers?
Yes, there will be a small fee for any additional driver.
Do I have to have a drivers license?
Absolutely. Every car rental mandates that drivers comply with all state and federal regulations, which includes possessing a valid driver's license.
How old do I have to be to rent out a car?
At least, 21 years of age.
Do I have to have insurance?
Certainly. Yes, it is a prerequisite for all renters to hold a comprehensive auto insurance policy. Nevertheless, certain insurance policies may not sufficiently cover high-value exotic cars. If your insurance proves inadequate for our vehicles, our Supplemental Insurance coverage becomes mandatory. Seaside Exotics retains the right to cancel a reservation/rental for any customer we determine to be uninsured, underinsured, or otherwise incapable of operating the car safely and legally. In such instances, the customer will not incur any charges.
